      Hi,

      The Gecko theme is not working properly.

      It displays the following info:

      Your theme (Gecko) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

      Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
      If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

       

      I have tried to download a new version of gecko but it is not working. The template is the same.

      What can I do. My site is not working properly. People cannot choose options and add to cart with hover option.

      Hi Juan,

      I see you added some files in gecko > woocommerce > emails and these file are outdated. Did you add these files to override email? Our theme original doesn’t have these files.

      Please move folder woocommerce in gecko to gecko-child and compare the files with files in wp-content > plugins > woocommerce > templates > emails and update your old file.

      I recommend use child theme to override your file will be prevent when you update parent theme.
