      Hi,

      I am trying to make the shop page work with load more option or page numbers option to view more product, however, no matter what I do, the load more and page numbers doesn’t work and it doesn’t show any more products other than defined in the product display page.

      Issue1: ‘Load more’ OR ‘Page numbers’ on the product page doesn’t work.

      Issue2: Website loads too slow…

      Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but according to the documentation, this should be pretty straight forward out of the box. I tried everything but thi function doesn’t work. The only option for me to display all products on the “Shop All” page is to display unlimited products and then you can see all of the products,

      I am sure there is something wrong with the theme…

      Hi,

      Thank you for choosing our theme.

      1. Please try clean up your database https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/ i tried deactivate all plugins, switch to default theme “Twenty Seventeen, Storefront” it have same issue with our theme and don’t know which cause the issue.

      2. The images on catalog so big, please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Thumbnail Width and change to 270 http://prntscr.com/lgy8fx

      Hi,

       

      Thanks for your reply – I have fixed the 1st issue some how.

      just so you know , what I did is switched the theme to main theme instead of child theme and the problem was fixed. Not sure what was causing it. Now I have to see if something else is broke…so far it looks good and I haven’t find any major issue.

      Thanks for the tip on image size, the site is not slow anymore!

      I tried switch to parent theme before and it still not work. I don’t understand the issue.

      Well, I think perhaps because I also cleaned the database with the plugin you recommended- I am not sure either what fixed the issue as I have average technical knowledge.

      I also removed a plugin called “Dropship Me” before finding out everything start working normally.
