      Hello there , I have facing a problem from your theme , when someone is Purchasing any product from my store I get a confirmation email but the buyer is not getting any order confirmation mail , I have checked all the Woo-commerce option everything looks good, please help me n this regard , I am missing so many order that is unexpected , please response me when you are available,if you have any question please let me  know,thanks

      Hi Julie,

      Thank you for choosing our theme.

      Could you try go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Order > Click to edit and check in Enable this email notification.

      If issue still there, please install plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/smtp-mailer/.

      I tried account you sent but can’t access dashboard. If you send me again, please check in “Set as private reply”

      Hello ,thank you for your update , I have just checked and made a fake order but still now my customer is not getting any order confirmation e-mail , It is so frustrating ,please fix that

      Hi Julie,

      The plugin SMTP doesn’t work. Please follow document at https://wphowto.net/smtp-mailer-plugin-for-wordpress-1482 after done, please test at SMTP Mailer > Test Email and fill your email not site admin email to check http://prntscr.com/luy52c when it work.

      Hi,

      This issue from your site not our theme.

      We only can give you the topic how to do we not owner your email to config.

      Is your email is gmail? You should check your email config https://www.arclab.com/en/kb/email/how-to-enable-imap-pop3-smtp-gmail-account.html

      If issue still there please contact your hosting support for port of your server.
