      Hello, we have persistent cart coupon issues.
      This template has a different core than Woocommerce and it has something that conflicts with woocommerce
      We attach for the second time an image of the error and a demonstration video.

      Hi,

      I’m sorry for late reply.

      The problem is in the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, some of its scripts. Perhaps, the client did some actions with Builder and it’s saved settings, and then load some extra scripts on pages wich are blocking woocommerce script and cause an error in browser.

      Please try use plugin clean up your database https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-database-cleaner/

      We try with

      Advanced Database Cleaner


      as indicated but the problem persists.
      We have no solution and we still cannot use discount coupons.
      We’ve wasted a lot of time on this already.
      How do we solve it?

      Hi Gonzalo,

      The issue related to plugin WP Bakery Pagebuilder. When deactivate this plugin the issue resolve. We tried delete the old version of WP Bakery Pagebuilder on your site and install new the problem persists.

      We thought when you did some actions with Builder and it’s saved settings, and then load some extra scripts on pages wich are blocking woocommerce script and cause an error in browser consol:
      Uncaught TypeError: t.addClass(…).block is not a function.
