Hi guys, great work on the theme! Very slick and mostly problem free!
I’m trying to solve multiple issues. Client does not want to use the woocommerce store, but wants to display items like a catalog. So I am using the portfolio feature instead of the store. I’ve inserted a portfolio grid with some items and made the layout look similar as a product grid. The woo commerce product grid is scaling beautifully while retaining it’s grid shape, but on smaller sizes and on mobile, the portfolio layout is a hot mess, and gives me tiny little thumbnails stacked vertically. I don’t think I am doing anything wrong, and I can’t seem to be able to solve this with the responsive settings in the VC page editor.

Hi BasG,
Thank you for purchase.
1. By default our theme have option for you can display your shop as catalog mode in JanStudio > Theme Option > WooCommerce > General Setting > Enable Catalog Mode > On
2. If you still want use portfolio for homepage you can change config or column wrap portfolio like screen shot

You’re right, and I have set the theme to catalog mode, but the client doesn’t want to use individual product images. And I have not figured out how to disable the product pages and make them link to the category…for example.
The solution you showed does not seem to make much of a difference from the standard behaviour. I’ve included a screenshot from the front end editor. While stacking is a little neater, I’m still not sure why it does not keep the two column format as set. The products, in comparison, are scaling down as a grid without stacking vertical.

Hi,
You can use this custom CSS code to adjust width of portfolio item on mobile https://pastebin.com/21a1nWVr
