Hello, we recently launched new website using this template.
Our website got really high numbers of traffic. Last day our website server shut down on its own. We contacted server technicians and they said our website software code fault, but we don’t use any other plugins, just this template and three plugins for shipping. It seems when website gets traffic spike, and we turn off cloudflare ddos protection website just can’t handle high traffic.
We trying solve this issue by optimizing this theme and plugins that came preinstalled with theme as much as possible. We disabled most of plugins, now we want try optimize this theme.
We noticed admin-ajax.php takes a lot of time to load. Can Claue theme Ajax filter, or ajax numbering “show more” features can cause problems with high traffic? If so, is there any way to disable it?
Is there any other theme options that we can disable to able have high traffic and not to have any server problems?
Do you have any tips how to optimize theme more?
