      Hi,

      I purchased your theme and installed the theme.

      I want to install Home classic as the homepage 

      Shop: https://janstudio.net/claue/demo/product-category/women/

      Sale Page: https://janstudio.net/claue/demo/sale/

      I have imported the other default pages of About Us, Contact Us, My Account and Order Tracking pages, but they look broken and not coming correctly.

      Fonts are also not good.

      Please help e to import them and delete all other unnecessary theme pages.

      I appreciate your help and expect a smooth onboarding.

      Hi,

      I help you corrected the font by go to Claue > Theme Option > Typography and click on Save

      For “Contact Us” page on our demo we use WP Bakery Pagebuilder and plugin Contact Form 7, the sample content on your site use elementor and WP Form plugin,  I correct layout and it now better,

      I check My Account page, About Us, Order Tracking it now ok.

      Please check.

      I do not see a left sidebar shop on my website. Give me an exact link where you see it

      I am resetting my WordPress, can you please help me fresh demo import with only the pages I want? Not any other pages. I mentioned it very clearly. It  just few minut task for you.

      Hi,

      I help you imported again.

      1. You can change home page in Settings > Reading
      2. You can turn off/on sidebar for shop page in Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Setting
      3.  I import all sample data, you can delete the pages you don’t need in Dashboard > Pages

      You can set header and footer in Dashboard > Claue > Theme Option.

      Layout I want to change. I want to remove unused headers.

      Also I am not seeing where to change menu

      I edited menu links but it is not displaying.

      Why are you replying to incomplete messages? This is very bad communication. I know how to edit menus.

      My question was how to edit the layout.

      As I want same header everywhere.

      As I told you before,  you can change layout in Claue > Theme Option > Header > Layout.

      The layout will apply for all page.

      I decided to use the Elementor header as my global header. I want to add icons of Search, My Account, Wishlist and Cart .

      Hi,

      if you want use Elementor header for your site you have to use icon of Elementor and change icons class to

      “pe-7s-search” for search icon

      “pe-7s-user” for My Account icon

      “pe-7s-like” for Wishlist icon

      “pe-7s-shopbag” for Cart icon

      It can not be done without plugin.For header also you suggested plugin. Too many plugin for such small issues make my website heavy
      I also know these can be done using plugin but I don’t want to use plugin that’s why I contacted you to get plugin less solution.

      I will not use plugin for my header or buy now button. These are basic features every theme provides. In same price woodmart have this feature and there are many others. These are very common features nowadays. We are in 2023.

      Your headers BACKEND are also not so user friendly that’s why I am  using elementor builder seperately and paid for it.

       

      Now I won’t use multiple plugins therefore for these two solutions provide me codeless solution.

      I waited for so many days for 2 lines’ response. You deserve an honest review on Themeforest and some other platforms about the good and evil in your theme.

      Definitely, I’ll make sure your drawbacks come out in public so people can know about stuff they won’t get in your teme.
