I am experiencing an issue with the WooCommerce checkout on my website and would appreciate your advice.
After a customer places an order:
The order is created successfully.
Payment is processed successfully (or for test orders, the order is created successfully).
Stock is reduced correctly.
The order confirmation email is sent.
However, the browser hangs before loading the WooCommerce Thank You page and eventually returns a Cloudflare 524 timeout.
I asked my hosting provider (SiteGround) to investigate this thoroughly. Their advanced Technical Support team reproduced the issue and confirmed that the problem is related to the Claue Addons plugin.
Their findings were:
When Claue Addons is disabled, the WooCommerce Thank You page loads correctly after checkout.
When Claue Addons is enabled again, the problem returns.
They were unable to identify which part of the plugin is causing the conflict and advised me to contact the theme developers.
My current versions are:
Theme: Claue 2.2.4 (Child theme active)
Claue Addons: 1.2.7
WooCommerce: (please let me know if you need the exact version)
Has this issue been reported before, or is there a known compatibility issue with Claue Addons that could cause this behaviour?
I would appreciate any guidance before I consider updating the theme or making further changes.
