Hello,
In your website, once someone hovers a product image, there is a zoom in effect like here http://janstudio.net/claue/demo/product/mercury-tee/
How can I make my website do that? Mine doesn’t do that please see this product https://instylefashiongirl.com/product/artista-k-gold-tone-watch-limited-edition/

Hi,
Your website is the same our demo, but you choose another product detail layout so it will look like yours.

Foster,
How can I make the images zoom in like your demo?
In my product layout the image functionality pretty much doesn’t work, I run tests and recordings of people using my website and it looks as if the image section is broken because it does nothing, my zoom style just moves the image from side to side so my users think is broken and I thought the same thing the first time I used it, so can you please make the same functionality for my layout since the layout in the demo is actually useful and helps?

Hi,
It looks not good because your image is small, it is 640×640 pixel if you want to the zoom function work properly, please adjust the image size in product detail or turn off full-width setting in product detail layout.

That’s the only image size I have and I never had any issues like this with other themes, I tried to use my own image plugin but it wasn’t compatible with the theme.
Can you please make it so that I can have the same image zoom in the demo? It doesn’t make sense that all the layouts have different features, it’s misleading to the customer because when I bought it I thought all the pages were going to be the same, there’s nowhere in your website that says “You can only use this functionality with this layout”

Hi,
It still works, For example, the dimension of your image is 640px, You enabled full-width layout, assume browser width is 1366 (Laptop 15inch) and half of it is 683, So you can’t see the image zoom in. If you want to check please resize your browser you can see it working normally. I have made a video to explain for you http://take.ms/PsFVS . Hope you understand.
