My website goes with a 500 server error when Claue is activated, although this didn’t happen from the start but throughout working on the website. What are the known plugins that cause a collision? Or can you help me find out what’s wrong? I had almost finished building the website and I ‘m afraid I’m gonna lose it..

Hello,
I started the website from all over again as I was facing many issues I could no longer solve. Now, on a fresh WordPress installation on https://sbsoundlab.com I installed your theme and some plugins to help me troubleshoot future problems on the way, along with WooCommerce of course.
I also modified the wp-config file to increase the memory limit to 256 and I am currently trying to import some .xml files taken from the beta site at which I used to host this one and a .csv with all the products. However, the wordpress importer redirects me to a 404 page every time without doing anything at all ( I re-installed but still..) and the WooCommerce importer stays stuck at 0% and uploads only one or two products. I have refreshed the page 4-5 times and with every new import trigger from the same .csv, it imports 2 more products. There are times it doesn’t import anything at all..
I have no idea what’s going on, my website has basically no functionality at all. Could you please take a look into it and help me figure it out? I have searched all over the internet for possible solutions, tried some of them but I got no luck at all so far.
Looking forward to your answering,
Alina -

I changed my php limits today to the ffollowing:
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 256M
post_max_size = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 256M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000and when running the xml import it gives this error:
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

But I am trying to import an xml on my own, and it still shows me “Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.” -

I fixed it, don’t know how exactly. I uploaded the db from my backup and I think it worked along with the php limits I increased..
Thank you for your help though so far,
Cheers!
