      Hi, I have just installed Gecko yesterday, everything was fine until I installed the plugins and this error occurred “A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.”

      Could you tell us you hosting information:

      Server Recommendations

      – PHP version
      – MySQL version

      Did you contact with your hosting supporter for help?

      Hi, please how can I change the menu background colour?

      How can I change the background colour of the footer where the copyright is?

      Please see the attached print screen. I want the footer and the menu to have like a red background colour.

      Hi Shayo,

      1. For header top background color please go to JanStudio > Theme Option > Color Scheme > change header background color

      2. For background of copyright text please add custom css code in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

      .footer__bot {
	background: red;
	position: relative;
z-index: 10;
}

      Hi,

      You can change font size on top menu by go to MegaMenu and change font size.

      Hi,

      I check your site the version of theme and other plugins outdated while WooCommerce is latest version.

      Please update theme to latest version http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/ and update plugin in Appearance > Install plugins.

      Thank you, the theme is updated and all plugins are updated except  WPBakery Visual Composer which won’t update. The issue is still there or can it be because of WPBakery Visual Composer that kept on failing to update?

      Thank you, Your plugins are all up to date. Your themes are all up to date. The case is worst no, no products is showing, before few were showing but not all but now none showing up even though it says “Showing 1–8 of 96 results” please see store link https://www.flavourbites.co.uk/?post_type=product

      Hi, the site was updated to HP to version 7.2 but the issue is still there. Like now this page is showing just 13 pictures out of 19
