About Translation

I am using ‘Loco-translate’ plugin. And as  stated in the maual, when I click the ‘new language’, the following message appears.

I don’t know why. I am using clue-child theme and it works normally now. And I am using Loco-translate in other plugin, it works as usual. do you know why? my url : http://www.hirunner.co.kr/
