Add to Cart not working on variable items

Add to Cart is okay for simple products. Stopped working for variable products. Photos with drop downs appear correctly but price is no longer showing although it is in stock and the price range is showing. This was not a problem before the update.

Thank you for purchase!

I checked your product and saw your variations tab now empty.

You need to put price and quantity, stock status for single variation to can add variation to cart.

Hi Harry – the problem is I had this done already and it was somehow wiped with an update. Is there no other way to restore this data.

 

Also – I have tried adding variations and get the message there are 0 variations created even though I have two attributes with 4 and 2 options.

As you can see the drop down for the photos still work and the price range is there so it’s confusing that the variations seem to have disappeared as well as the option to buy. Thank you, Colleen

This problem because you don’t input price for variations, i insert price now you can add to cart.

Hi Harry – I did insert the price for all variations – but they disappeared with an update. I can see this clearly on an earlier version that I tested on the server 🙁

I think this issue of WooCommerce 3.0.x it major update and this update included more issue related to variable product and so many user have same issue with you https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
