Hi there
I am currently experiencing issues with the WPBakery. Unfortunately the featured product slider or no doesn’t show on the front end but does on the back end. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.
Thanks

Hi Jalenia,
I’m sorry the plugin doesn’t support show all option in front end. Some element of PageBuilder with more option you still have to go to back-end to edit.
Kind regards
Harry

Could you try deactivate plugin one by one and check again.
If issue still there, please send me login credentials to check.
Thanks

I’ve gone thru and deactivated plugins one at a time like you asked to resolve the issue to no avail. But I did find something interesting when inspecting the homepage with Chrome, see the screenshot. When the css tag wpb_animate_when_almost_visible is set to 1 instead of 0 in the js_compiler_min.css the slider will appear. However, it seems something else is overwriting that setting elsewhere so it is constantly being written to hide. Any suggestions where to look from here would be welcome. Thanks!
Update: I found this solution to this issue on this forum. https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/wrong-version-of-visual-composer/
To fix this, you can try adding the code below under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.
body .wpb_animate_when_almost_visible {
opacity: 1;
}
Hope that helps someone with the same issue. I’m still not sure what caused it but this is working for us.Attachments:

Hi Jalenia,
Which version of WP Bakery on your site?
If old version, please update theme and plugin to latest version.
Kind regards

WPBakery is the 6.0.3 version on the site currently. Also, we have a new issue where after the last update we are getting an error.
component: “Plugin: woocommerce”
file: “wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/cart/mini-cart.php”
line: 27
message: “Undefined index: list_class”See the screenshot attached. This comes up whenever the mini-cart is firing.

Hi Jalenia,
Please try update all plugins, if issue still there please deactivate plugin one by one to check.
If issue still there, please copy file mini-cart.php in wp-content > plugins > woocommerce > templates > cart to gecko-child > woocommerce > cart and remove code on line 27
<?php echo esc_attr( $args['list_class'] ); ?>
Kind regards

I am running:
woocommerce ver. 3.6.5
WPBakery ver. 6.0.3
Jan Studio Add-ons 1.2.3
Wordpress ver 5.2.2
I believe everything is up to date.
I do not have that directory let alone that file. My mini-cart.php file is located here:
\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\cart
Perhaps the latest update over wrote something? If so how do I proceed from here.
Thanks!

Hi,
Please copy file at \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\cart to gecko-child\woocommerce\cart
You need to create 2 folders woocommerce in gecko-child and cart in woocommerce
Kind regards
