aggiornamento Tema

Buonasera ,ho ricevuto la vostra emai per l’aggiornamento del tema ,non sono riuscito ad aggiornare, come da foto.

Inoltre volevo sapere se l’aggiornamento comprente anche blughin.

1. You can download plugin at https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit

2. Login your account on ThemeForest and go to Settings > Get API Key

After that you open tab “Theme, that will saw latest version and auto update

You can read more at http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/

Our theme latest version host on ThemeForest server not on WordPress server so you don’t see update when view in Appearance > Theme

Forse manca qualcosa sul mio tema, inoltre non riesco a tradurre il tema,non capisco inglese.questo mi crea parecchi problemi nel tema .

potrebbe darmi più indicazioni nelle sue risposte.

You need download plugin at https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit

and install plugin at menu Plugins > Add New after that you will have Envato Toolkit menu

Buongiorno , ho eseguito le vostre indicazioni, come in guida , ma come vede il mio woo non si è  connesso. questa operazione è stata effettuata ieri , ho provato ad aggiornare la pagina .

potroste darmi altre indicazioni

Sorry for late reply,

Please check careful with API key, make sure when you copy don’t have any space or you can send us your website url, wordpress temporary admin account, your envato username and API key as private reply. We will check and help you do this.

buongiorno , ho inserito la mia API key tramite CTRL+c su bloc Note , dopodichè nuovamente CTRL+c / CTRL+v su Woo – è funziona.

Purtroppo dopo aver selezionato Update Automaticalyy mi è uscito in seguente errore :

Warning: function_exists() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /web/htdocs/www.bottegadeisapori.com/home/shop/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 1770

si tratta di permessi su cartelle ??

Now server of ThemeForest down.

I checked your site and saw “Themes” tab, when you receive email notify about new update you can go there and click on automatic update

Ok , questo era già stato fatto , come ho scritto nel posto precedente , quando ho

selezionato Update Automaticalyy mi è uscito in seguente errore :

Can you try it now, because yesterday server of Envato down so can’t download theme package from their server.

If you want override layout or anything, we recommend use child theme to do it. So in future you can update parent theme without losing your customize code.

In future if you have this issue again you follow our screen shot check it “Skip theme backup” the automatic update will work.
