Hi AK,
The issue because plugin doesn’t support Ajax Add To Cart. Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Add to cart behavior and uncheck 2 last fields.
Kind regards
Harry

After clearing all cache:
- Pop up comes from archive pages (Category, shop etc).
- Pop-up fails to appear from product detail page on pressing add to cart.
Can you kindly check production link and confirm the above points and help resolve point 2.
Thank you and have a nice day ahead dear Harry 🙂
Best Regards,
AK

Hi,
I got some bad news. When I switch off AJAX, add to cart button is failing to add products to cart in production even with cache switched off.
I tried to add products to cart with ajax switched off and the products on adding becomes 1 and then zero in seconds. Only after I switched Ajax back on, the issue stopped.
Can you please help me :
- Resolve add to cart issue when Ajax is switched off.
- Pop up failing to appear in product page when Ajax add to cart is switched off.
Looking for your quick reply as this issue is affecting production.
Best Regards,
AK

Hi AK team,
When you switch off Ajax Add to Cart the popup will not work. Please go to Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Add to cart behavior and change to Slide Sidebar. Or you check in first field in WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Add to cart behavior it will redirect to Shopping cart page when you add product to cart.
Kind regards
Harry

Also to report a bug:
3. If woocommerce add to cart behaviour is ” Redirect to the cart page after successful addition” then the cart page shows “continue shopping” button in cart page. On pressing this, you will be redirected to the product page but the cart will show zero.
You can replicate this in the staging I gave you. Looks like a theme issue with the recent update maybe? Kindly help resolve since we want everything to work as expected.
Thanks a lot 🙂
Best Regards,
AK

Hi Harry,
Can you please give a code which makes the side bar appear without ajax? Maybe with CSS? This is one of the most beautiful feature about your theme and we need this without ajax.
We will analyze point 3 and let you know what we find.
Thank you. Have a nice day ahead 🙂

Hi,
Can you give some php based trigger using some hooks or filters ? The idea is after the pages refreshes, the code should trigger the slide using js? So, instead of using AJAX to trigger the sidebar on click, you trigger the sidebar after page refresh?
I am sure there must be some work around without involving AJAX?
Thank you.

Hi Ak,
I’m sorry. It doesn’t have PHP trigger action hook to change class of mini-cart and also update product in mini-cart, it need Ajax to update content of minicart and number of product in cart.
Kind regards
Harry
