      Hi,

      Having this issue: already set currency rate. but if we set a value for the field “Auto update after”, the website cant load. will show “Can not get rate of base currency. ( SGD )”

      once we set the Auto update after “1”, the page will not able to load. however when we set “0”, the page is ok

      Hi,

      I help you fixed this by create USD and change primary currency to USD. After that update rate of SGD with USD and change primary currency to SGD and remove USD.

      It get currency rate from Yahoo Finance so all currency need update follow USD.

      It now running.

      Did you do something after it running?

      Not sure what i did, as i just edit some items in the dashboard. Will keep this issue in view first.

      Hi,

      The error comes up after a while when auto update occurs. if yahoo finance only recognise USD as base rate, do u think intend to use other services?  the error will keep on occuring if clients are non USD users.

        @sgheeban,

        Please update theme and plugin to latest version and update API key in Claue > Currencies. If you want to use plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ , please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > Header > Header Top Right Content
