Back up question

I just did an export and download of a back up of my site…if anything should happen to my site will this be enough to get my site up and running like it is now? Just want to make sure. Thanks.

i’m not sure what you using for back up, but i recommend this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

I was using the “Export and download backup” option in the Theme Options area of the dashboard.

I will also download that plug in and use that too.

the “Export and download backup” option in the Theme Options is only to save your setting in theme option not for all content you did.
