      The background image work on Safari but not on Chrome.

      I can’t find where is the background image of homepage to correct them.

      Could you help me?

      Sorry because inconvenience.

      The issue because your site has https while the background image load from our demo with http please download image at http://janstudio.net/helpdesk/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/page-title-bg.jpg and upload to your site.

      You can download attach file and import via Tools > Import > WordPress Import for Knowledge sample data.

      I upload new image to your site and replace old image it now the background image show on chrome.
