      Hi.

      I have installed correctly all the GECKO theme. (Love it. It is very easy to customize!) But I am having trouble visualizing the home page content. I change text, add photos, etc. But nothing appears. Nothing in front page gets published. Is it my WordPress version? Also Bakery/VisualComposer doesn’t seem to be working. You can see that the icons are not active. I have used themes before but never had this issue. I can see the shop, but not the home page. HELP.

      Hi,

      I see the WordPress version and theme version on your site outdated while WP Bakery PageBuilder is latest version.

      Please update WordPress and update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/ to last version.

      Hi.

      I cannot seem to find the file. It keeps telling me its not possible. I am not a tech savy person. Is there a way to purchase support so someone can do this for me?

      message while installing wordpress:

        Hello.

        Still not able to see anything in my page. Ive updated the latest version of everything and still I can’t see the template.

        Maybe this template will not work for us. Ive been working in putting up the data and lost it several times when trying to upload all the sample pages.

        Can you help me see why we can’t see anything?

      Hi,

      I checked your site it now running outdated version 1.6.3 Please update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/ to latest version 1.6.5 and update Visual Composer at Appearance > Install plugin.

        I have dowloaded the plug in to update version 5 times and still i get the same message:

        Unpacking the package…

        The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
