  How do I select which Products goes under Best Seller or Trending Products?
  
  Currently in homepage its displaying products randomly, I want to pick Hot Products only to be displayed under Best Seller.

  It default function of WooCommerce auto query from your store the products that you sell much if not enough of amount you set to show it will show random.
  
  You also can choose specific product by change display to All product and type ID of product http://prntscr.com/nvjy19
