blog thumbnail images

Hi, I have a problem with blog thumbnail images on https://www.marlenefragranze.com/it/blog/

I used 900×600 px image and tried also with one of the images created for slides in homepage but images are not visible in blog list.

At the moment this is a “standard” page with your blog widget (because I dont’ want article slide at the top of the page).

If I set this page as “blog page” in settings>reading option, then thumbnail become visible but just in the list, non in the top slide.

The featured image can be visible if I put it into the page so it’s not a file problem.

I checked your site and saw the issue because your site running multilingual.

You need create a sample post in other language and also need media translation.

But what about if I don’t want to publish a post also in english?

In all the other websites I can publish post just in one language without issues…

This can be just a temporary solution…. I need to have a correct image display without creating and deleting translations I don’t need to.

In any case your suggestion doesn’t work.

Now I have an english post but image is still hide

It now show the image, please try delete the English version and check again.

I have to go to WPML > Setting > Media Translation and click on Apply button.

I see you using our theme for new site. Please buy new license for new site. One license only can use for one site.

I’m not sure why on my local it work well https://tppr.me/IkMmM. On your site when i deactivate plugin WPML it show the image. Let us check more and give you solution.

I see the issue, you check in this option https://tppr.me/xxIr and it change the path to image when i uncheck the issue resolve.

Please, when you deactivate a plugin for a test, then activate it again: my client Marlene couldn’t open the custom admin link because of ithem security plugin deactivated

that image is visible but others not are not visible and links are not more valid

I had to restore a previous backup to see the site correctly. we need to make a change in how the cover images are called up by your blog widget. unfortunately I cannot change the rest of the links (already sent to google and used in posts and social campaigns) only for this view

Hi, wpml support detected a conflict between your blog widget and wpml. we have solved it for the moment by replacing your widget with a wordpress standard one that works fine. they gave me a link for you, if you want to ask them for support to improve the compatibility of the theme with wpml: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/
