Both pop up's not working

Hi,

I just created a new pop up but now both aren’t working when I active them on certain pages in my site. I’m not sure what’s affecting the both of them. I would like my newsletter pop up on the home page and the “Izon Authentication” pop up on the Shop page. Could you please advise me on how to get these pop up’s to work? Thanks.

• My site is currently in maintenance mode so you’ll need to log in to see my site. Thanks.

Hi,

1.This popup now hidden because you enable maintenance mode. When you disable maintenance mode the popup will display.

2. To set popup for specific site, you edit this page and scroll to YTH WooCommerce Popup choose Popup

Hi,

Thanks, I can see it now. Can you please tell me if an animated gif will work if inserted into a pop up? Mine doesn’t seem to be working.  Thanks.

Can you also please tell me how to remove the empty text box and button at the very bottom of the ‘Izon Authentication’ pop up. Thanks again.

You can disable maintenance mode to show the popup.

2. You can hide empty textbox and button on “Izon Authentication” popup by edit this popup and open tab Customization > CSS https://monosnap.com/file/BQByKmatTr8vIwaUezm60J7y0ZdQmW# and add below code

.ypop-form-newsletter-wrapper form { display: none;}
