BUG! – Portfolio Loading

If you click the celebridades filter you will see that only 1 loads and only on a scroll down the other two load. This is a major issue for me as users need to see the first row at first, on scroll the others can load, but this is not good as they may only think there is 1 option, when in fact there are 3 ! :O

Hi,

Yes, the issue related fadein animation of Page Builder.

The homepage layout use page builder and shortcode call from plugin Claue-Addons (this fucntion lost) so when you deactivate this plugin the homepage will show error message.

When you reactivate plugin your site will work normal.

The code you add don’t have any issue only

.page-head h1 {line-height: 1.2; font-size: 28px} will apply it for all page not only portfolio page.

Hi,

We only change file archive.php in plugins > claue-addons > includes > portfolio > views at line 84

We only change “jas-animated” with “fadeInUp animated”

I don’t think it affect to homepage not work.

If you don’t want to change code please remove animation effect in page builder.

Oh, I’m sorry this issue because you running outdated version 1.2.1 of theme. If you run latest version of theme 1.3.0 , there are nothing happen when you update new plugin Claue-Addons.

Please update theme to latest version, make sure all codes you changed in child theme.

Please follow this topic to update theme http://support.janstudio.net/forums/topic/updating-the-theme/ you also need to update recommend plugins. The child theme contain your code please don’t update child theme.

Hi Harry,

I have updated the theme already. its set for Claue 1.3.0 now. I have activated this on the given multisite as well.

It is still not working? Have you reentered my site to see this ?

A for plugins. I have updated it all, but the Toolset Types and the WPBakery Visual Composersays  (Update Failed: Update package not available.) and I i dont have a license (maybe its under your lisence?) and toolset says… Update Failed: undefined

Hi,

For plugin WP Bakery Pagebuilder please go to link Appearance > Install Plugins and click on update. For Toolset Type plugin i don’t know this plugin, you install it from another source.

The Toolset not related to our theme so the update of theme not affect to this plugin.
