Bug with HelpDesk Addons

I am facing problem in activating “Helpdesk Addons” while installation was ok. kindly let me know whats the issue in it

It was fixed, please check. It related to PHP version on your server. We recommend upgrade to version 5.6 or higher because current version have reached official End Of Life and as such may expose your site to security vulnerabilities

I see no way of importing demo data, please guide!

its done, kool. now all i am trying is to get my wordpress connected to jetpack… but i guess your point is right about the php version being old, i have left an inquiry, but lets see what they reply with
