Bug with the product page + Management of the menus

Hi,

I have 2 questions :

1. I have a big problem with the product page. When I want to create a product and preview it here is what appears : https://manora.co/produit/cyan-boheme/?preview_id=5532&preview_nonce=93266dc5bc&_thumbnail_id=4917&preview=true

As you can see, the vertical bar goes down infinitely and I don’t understand why since I haven’t modified anything so I guess there’s a bug in the code. Can you please check and tell me ?

2. For the main menu of the website, why do you have a shop category and a products category ? On our main menu, we want the categories of product on the main menu and then under we don’t want the categories to be repeated, we’d like to see subcategories appear. For instance check on our website : https://manora.co/ : if you click on “Bijoux”, on the landing page, under the main menu bar, it’s written again “bijoux”, “décoration”, “maroquinerie” and instead we want to see the subcategories of “bijoux” appear : “boucles d’oreilles”, “bagues”, “colliers”. How can we do that ?

We would like to discuss it over the phone because the theme is really messy (see products : https://manora.co/produit/cyan-boheme/?preview_id=5532&preview_nonce=93266dc5bc&_thumbnail_id=4917&preview=true). Please share a phone number for support it will be much easier and time saving for us.

Hi,

1. I tried account you attached but can’t access your site so can’t check the product

2. You can show subcategories by go to Appearacen > Widgets > WooCommerce Categories Menu Sidebar and follow this screen shot

3. Sorry we not good at voice chat and hear so we can’t talk with you over phone.

The subcategories issue is fixed now thanks !

For the product page, I don’t understand because there is still an issue with the front end. If we are looking at the same link you can see that it looks weird.  I checked on different computers as well.

You can take a look at the “description” part and “avis”. The page is never ending, you can scroll to the bottom again and again. There is a really strange block. I attached pictures.

How can we solve it ?

Hi,

I checked and saw you install WooCommerce Multilingual but doesn’t install WPML plugin. This plugin can’t work without WPML, i deactivate this plugin it now your product page work well.
