Bundled products – not adding to cart

Hi

We are using Claue theme with WooCommerce Product Bundle from WPAddon and from our end looks like everything is set up ok, but when i try to put a bundled product to cart there is a problem. As you can see (image 1)  everything looks like it should (nevermind the language).

So after i click the Add to cart button (image 2), the minicart appears  and the price in minicart is not the price for the bundle, but rather the price for the single product (image 3), also there are no bundled products in minicart.

After i go to cart there is also only the one single product without the bundled products (image 4).

Please help, what are we doing wrong

WPA WooCommerce Product Bundle 1.2.3
Latest Claue theme
Claue Sample Data 1.0.0
Claue Addons 1.2.2

Hi Nida,

The issue related plugin WooCommerce Custom Product Designer when I deactivate this plugin the bundle work well.

What would the solution be…i kinda need both. Who do i contact about that, product designer author or bundle author or both.

Please try contact to Product Design Author first, i see bundle author slow to reply.

Author of WooCommerce Custom Product Designer replied that he is aware of the conflict due to different price calculation, so  I guess it is on WPadons’ side to look into it. Do you perhaps recommend any other product bundle plugin to use. Thx

Can you please remind him again (WPadon), we really need this and can’t find any other bundle plugin that would work for us.

Hi,

It only change color when you click color, when you change garment it change type so i recommend move color to top under price https://prnt.sc/srdsqm https://prnt.sc/srdupe
