Buying a claue theme

We are planing to buy another claue theme. but since we wanted the same setup is it possible we just copy our existing claue theme and load it to another hosting and just put a license to it?

I have done the plugin but it gives us error like some budget hosts is slow and may conflict with strict timeout settings. It says that it will give timeout because of not so much space. Could you help migrate this to our other hosting we want the exact design.
