      Hi, I have just purchased the theme from the envato market. It is a great ratings theme, that is the reason of my purchase. But when i try to install the dummy content “fashion” , images are not imported and the site looks horrible. This is my website http://www.adata.nu . Please help me to fix this bug.

      Thank you for purchase.

      This issue because some host don’t give permission to generate place holder image to replace exist images.

      After that you will have demo same as our demo.

      The account to login dashboard is: admin-temp/admin-temp.

      I downloaded your duplicator package in the localhost. But found the same issue. I think i had a mistake purchasing this theme. I used lots of premium theme like avada, divi, be, flatsome, porto etc. I didn’t face any problem like that with those theme. I purchased the ‘gecko’ for one of my project. And my client is eagerly waiting for a update.

      If i use wp login access i have to upload single image, it will take a lot of time. We need FTP account to have permission to upload all images so ftp account is better.

      No, You don’t need to install the sample data again, Just customize this demo for your client.

      That means one click demo import isn’t possible for your theme. Every time i have to contact you when i use this theme for different project.

      Sorry for about that, But this function has already in our theme, your issue is a specific case. Could you please tell the specs of your hosting? PHP version, WP version, WC version. Anything would be great for us to debug & improve. And if you can, please try to install our theme in localhost to check this function.

      PHP version: 7.1.1
      WP Version: 4.8
      WC Version: 3.0.9

      Also i tried in my localhost and didn’t find any difference.

      Go to my site http://www.adata.nu . It is not like the demo. The hover effects are not working like your demo and the single product page is also different from you. I purchased this theme for its cool design. But it is not 100% same as your demo. See attachment.
