Can't upload picture

I keep trying to upload my logo and it keeps giving me a HTTP error messagenicksandgray.com

The file I tried to upload is ngcircle.png

It’s still not working. I have attached the image below. I changed the image size to 72 dpi and only 3×3 inches.

I tried to upload other images, it works fine, so I think the problem caused your image, please ask your designer to export this image to correct format.

I am confused how I could upload the other png logo. I formatted both of them myself
