Hello,
We’re using Loco translate to translate your theme into Slovak language. Everything worked for for a long time, but since some updates on the website (woocommerce, claue), we an important sentence stopped being translated during checkout. It’s the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions *”
It stays in english no matter what, while the string is translated in the backend correctly.

Hi,
Sorry because inconvenience.
It have some update from WooCommerce so we update string in theme follow plugin update
Please go to Loco Translate > Themes > Claue > Edit templates > Sync > Save and after that translate again.

Hi, thanks for coming back.
We have tried the solution, but the issue persists, unfortunately.
We did Loco Translate > Themes > Claue > Edit templates > Sync > Save.
Then, when we want to translate the string Loco Translate > Themes > Claue (or even the child theme) > (language “Slovencina”), it seams to be already translated as before.

Hi,
I checked your site in Loco > Themes > Claue > Slovak language. It not translate http://take.ms/f4mql.
Did you remove old file? please try again

Hi,
I see you save three versions of Claue on your site. But i check the language file in 3 versions. It doesn’t translated.
Do you have backup in any where?

We should be able to recover any file – files are getting backed up every day. Please let me know which file (location and name) should we recover exactly.

( btw the remaining claue themes you’re mentioning are just previous folders “claue” we renamed to something like “claueold” but kept on the server just to be sure that when we do manual update of your theme and something goes wrong, we can just rename the folder back to “claue”)

Please backup file in wp-content > lnaguages > loco > themes
claue-sk_SK.po and claue-sk_SK.mo

Ok, both files have been recovered and the translations are back.

Hi,
Please go to Loco > theme > claue > edit Slovak language > Click on Sync button > translate again with the text “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions *”
