      I create a new category on Knowledge Base.

      I can see the post but when I click on the category name I receive the errore 404 – Page not found.

      I create the page but the url add : help_kp_cat before the new page name.

      Can you help me ?

      Hi,

      I help you fixed the issue by change slug of knowledge base to different between tag and category name https://prnt.sc/x98l22

      After change i go to Setting > Permalink and save to make it work.

      Hi Reno,

      I’m sorry it now our theme doesn’t have option to manage number of post per page.

      You can change order of knowledge base by activate plugin “Simple Custom Post Order” and drag to re-order.
