Changing color top site homepage and removing ‘Clear’

Hi! I would like to change the color of the background of the ‘header’ (see attachment), but I can’t find it. And, I would like to remove the word ‘Clear’ at the product page. I tried to translate the word using Loco Translate, but I didn’t succeed either. Removing would be the best.
