Checkout Billing/Shipping fields problem

Hello,

I’m using Theme Claue for 1-2 months and recently on some testing I noticed a problem. When I go to checkout page the billing/shipping information is messed up.

1. when I fill the form and proceed to checkout everything works fine and after the order is done the right information appear in the receipt.
2. When I try to go again to the checkout page the page fetches the information I added the first time even if I create and login with another account. Moreover it changes the billing/shipping details in my account also without me going into my profile and changing it.
3. If I change billing/shipping in my profile the checkout page doesn’t automatically fetch the relevant information instead it just remembers the first details I added in the checkout page.

This can be frustrating and can cause unwilling mistakes for the client.

I check on my local it still work well.

Did you using a cookies plugin?

Hi,

I checked your setting but don’t see any shipping method in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping but saw
HK SpeedPost Service and DHL Express on front end. could you try disable this shipping method and setting in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping and try check it again.

Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

.form-row {
	display: inherit;
	display: inherit;
	-ms-flex-wrap: inherit;
	flex-wrap: inherit;
	margin-right: inherit;
	margin-left: inherit;
}
