Checkout bug

Hello,

I have just made a new topic sense the old one is going to be to long. There is just a one final thing that I need to get fixed before we can start.
When the customer in the checkout click on accept terms and conditions + the email sign up every button disappear, which means that the customer can pay on the page. We are ready to open the store, but this is the final thing that needs to be fixed.
