Checkout Screen Layout

Hi guys!

I just installed the plugins : Woocommerce Product Add-Ons and Woocommerce Ship to Multiple addresses.

I was testing the checkout process and I ran into some problems when I purchased more than one item, with the add-on of gift notes. The layout looks really bad on the final page where customers click “Place Order.”  Is there any way to fix that? Are these plugins just not compatible with your theme?

Hi,

Can you take screen shot. Normally when you use 3rd party plugins you need add customize code to compatible with theme’s style.

The product on your site now all out of stock, i can’t check function.

And admin account you attached can’t access.

Can you check admin account and update for us?

This bug come from plugin

You can add custom css in JanStudio > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

table { table-layout: inherit;}

h3#ship-to-multiple {padding-left: 15px; width: 100%; }

.clear { clear: both;}
.ship_address, .no_shipping_address {width: 90%}

Hi,

We check your site, and switch to default theme “Twenty Sixteen” but still saw this problem

You can send this screen shot to WooCommerce and tell them try switch to default theme to check. Problem come from Multi Shipping Plugin not Product Add on plugin
