Claue problem with Ajax filter

Hello im a customer of yours , and im facing a huge problem currently with YITH Woocommerce Ajax Product Filter. Its weird cause woocommerce default filters are working but ajax filter doesnt, so when im trying to filter products with color brand size etc, i get the same results all over. You can try to check any page with products and try any filter you will see you will get the same products all over. I attached 2 files , where i pick the brand i want to see products and i get same wrong results all over . In the first one i picked the brand peace &  chaos and the results were BSB , in the second i picked another brand and i got same results again. So im gonna need your assistance , I have provided you with website url admin account and password and for your own convinience you can change the wordpress language from greek to english in order to understand the issue better. Thought that was basic brother 🙂 . You can always change your dashboard language by editing the profile language. Check the screenshot i attached

Login with the account credentials i gave you and change language from USER PROFILE settings.

Thank you so much for show me the basic setting, haha. I don’t know till today. I still try change language in Settings > General and it doesn’t change.

I see you add same attribute for GR and EN with same name and only different slug but YITH plugin understand it as 2 attribute in same label https://monosnap.com/file/snMykBFWsZ0NHt8kIbwpueCcy3JZtO

Could you try rename of attribute in GR and try again.

@WCS i don’t see the brand filter on your site. On your site it now only have product categories menu, and plugin doesn’t support filter by category.

Ok all attributes in brand that are in -en are deleted

I found the issue because you added shortcode in Shop page. Now i remove shop page to blank it now work well.

Hi,

The short code is

[recent_products limit="50" columns="4"]

This issue only happen on shop page. It will show latest 50 products above filter result.

So don’t worry about short code. You can use every where without shop page.

Only need shop page blank.
