      Hey guys,

      The CloudWork Verifi plugin no longer works it always returns an error: Invalid Purchase Code. I see other users too that reported the same problem on your comments section. Can you check it out or offer an alternative solution?

      could you send your site url and admin account as private reply. We need more closer check before give you solution because on my site it still work well.

      Hi,

      Please try to change field name of input to “purchase_code”. I saw you change name of field from “purchase_code” to
      “cw_verifi_purchase_code”

      I’m not sure I understand because I didn’t change any files whatsoever. Can you point me exactly to the file that needs to be changed?

      I saw your team change register page as single page (our theme use modal)

      Please edit file the purchase code name field on register page

      Hey,

      I’m using the default Cloudwork Verify shortcode for the register page because the original modal version does not work on multisite install. Did you fix the problem on multisite so I can switch back to modal?

      Sorry for miss your message.

      Please go to theme/helpdesk/core/libraries/vendors/envato/init.php and change “purchase_code” to “cw_verifi_purchase_code”
