Contact form not working

Hi,

I notice that my contact form on my “Contact” page isn’t working for some reason…it says that it’s submitted but I’m not receiving the test messages I’m sending to myself. I’ve filled out the mail page as shown in the example but it still shows as everything is wrong. I’m not sure what to do to get it to work properly at this point. Could you please help me out with this issue? Thanks.
