      Currently we have a product that is 23.61 USD. the exchange rate in the backend under Claue says USD to CAD is 1.2848 which would be 30.33 CAD, but for some reason on our front end under CAD it shows 38.97. What could be causing this?

      Hi,

      Please go to Claue > Currencies and click on update rate.

      I go to Claue > Currencies and update the rate and it changes it to 1.2861 from 1.2848. A price of 23.61 USD * 1.2891 = 30.36, but my product on front end is showing 39.05 CAD

      Hi,

      Sorry because late reply.

      This issue cause by plugin AliDropship Woo Plugin when i deactivate this plugin the currencies switcher work well.

      Yes you can switch to another theme and switch back to Claue without any issue.

      Is there a way to deactivate the currency switcher/rates from Claue so i can use another one?

      Please use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ it auto disable default currency integrate with Claue
