1.what is admin account and admin password ? like email and password of shoplify login?
2. On the top bar there is phone number ,i did delete phone number just like you told me .the phone contact is still there .i try to change phone number too,it is not working either .the phone number is not change .everything is the same.
3.and if i click my hamberger menu> check my product > 3.1 if i try to click the colors of the product they not match the true color and some of the product picture is missing.
3.2 the product picture in slide show is not the picture i want .it is turn out to be varient pictures : like 4 exactly same picture x 4
3.3 At the main content .i want show others product you might like after reviews .but instead there is huge picture of another products before review which’s look so weird .
3.4 when i click at the size s,m,l,xl.it turn out to be changing color instead.
4. continue shopping & update cart the button& check out &paypal botton are so close together .it’s look bad .
5. what i do wrong ? because there is too much error .
did i place theme code in the wrong line or Did i not get the update version ?but i just bought the theme a week ago .

about products, look at swimwear section ,i only add products in that section.that’s why you can’t see product on home page .
about problem No.6 the stripe is there when i customize but when i use full screen more the stripe is gone is that normal .

store address ->1.sassytopic.myshoplify.com(but my store name is sheqe though,i don’t know how to change this ) 6.i also try to test the slideshow at the bottom i can’t remove long black stripe out too ,please check that too . i just want to add picture for my web banner but i dont know what kind of section i have to use to create that .

Hi ! again (i will use number to track the question so i can find the answer easily)
2. i want to delete the phone icon and number not just changing the number ,please show me how to do that
7.the Other fine products section is always stay above review .i think it will be better if review section is over others fine product .
the review plugin customer support try to help me and it worked for short amount of time ( review section was over others fine product .) but the result did not last long .the reviews went below others fine product again .i am not sure that this is about the coding or not .please check it for me .
8. the problem No.4(4. continue shopping & update cart the button& check out &paypal botton are so close together) is back to the same way that it was again .they are so close together &continue shopping is on top of update cart
i also send you two file of picture too ,check them out .
please help , .

Hello ! again
according to problem No.3 ->i resend some of the old questions. i hope you not forget about it.
->there are new questions on3.5 &3.6 & 9.&10

3.3 already fixed.
3.4 when i click at the size s,m,l,xl.it turn out to be changing color instead.
3.5(a new problem)the picture in the slideshow is separate out from the main picture while some don’t have this problem
3.6 and scroll botton is at middle -bottom section.(problem3.6 comes with problem 3.5)
9. how to add payment band i accept only paypal (and paypal accept most debit & credit card ) i want to have clear payment band (like the example i send ,it will even better if it is a color band ),how to do that ? i add files at the bottom (i accept all except apple pay )
9.1 do paypal except amex?
10.how to add lazy scroll up button?

Hello !
At this point I can not use your theme as it was advertised(the demo look good and work fine .mine is not) .i think there are too many bugs and a big one that i face right now 1.the colors that do not match the varient (and some picture also missing )
i click one color and another color show up .all the color are messed up.
2.when i click the size ,the picture is changing (it should not be changing at all,only the size should be changing)
3.the picture band under main picture show the same picture x4 times (like showing all the varients but not the picture i want )
these 3 things make the site look very unprofessional and make the customer loose trust in the site .
and the download is a bit slow than good site should be (while other site that i use is fast so there is no problem with my wifi at all .i test this at the same time)
many time i click safe the customization i made .sometimes the customization just never change or change but (i think it works)it comes back to the way it used to be and i have to redo this again and again until it worked .with others theme that i used before,i don’t have to do something like this at all.it take a lot of time to fix these things .
Although your customer support is good .i can’t waste my time wait for you to fix these bugs anymore ,i have to move on with my business.
There are many issues with this theme and I don’t have time to fix them and i don’t want to wait for a development or anything at all .i just want a refund for a theme and support (i pay for 1 year support.)
*please also tell me when you will give back the money .so i can check with the bank.
i hope you understand my situation .
