Demo Installation without losing old files

Hello, I bought your theme some hours ago and I am a bit sad about it. Your theme stated that if I install your sample demo, I will lose my old data, my website is a full running website with user and sales data. if I have to lose them because of the demo, How will I go about my business? What can I do? I need help asap, please.

Please kindly give me instructions on how to do it without losing any of my old data

I’m so sorry for the problem you have, Before the install sample data, we have a message to notice this issue. For this please contact with hosting provider to restore the data before you install our sample data. Maybe they will help you.

I haven’t installed the sample data yet. Thats why I am writing to you if there is something i can do not to loose data

Sorry for miss understood.

You can import xml data via Tools > Import > WordPress http://take.ms/0pEAp

Please download attach files and extract before import.

– Use claue-page.wordpress.2017-09-16.xml if you only want import page demo ( home1, home2, home2.)

– Use claue.wordpress.2017-09-28.xml if you want import all content (pages, products, blog post)
