demo pages

Hello,

I installed the theme on a working site and I have a lot of content and products I don’t want to lose, but I like some demo pages.

How can I import these demo pages without losing my content?

especially demo Home 4, I couldn’t replicate the design on my own that’s why I need the demo.

Hi,

You can import our page demo without losing your content and product by download file at go to Tool > Import > WordPress > Run Import

is there a way to have the sliders in the home page full screen, I mean full height and full width,
because I tried the settings in metaslider and it only have full width.

I tried that and it didn’t work for me it just centered the slider on the page.

I also want to ask about visual composer elements, why they are different on claue theme, I used to have a slider element and woocommerce element in visual composer but I can’t see them since I installed claue theme.

I am attaching screenshots please check them out.

I hope you let me know why they are different and I want to let you know that I am using massive addons for VC but they appear normal.

Hi,

1. This issue because your image height not equal to height of screen. Now your image is 1920 x 830, please try upload the image is 1920 x 1080.

2. Please click on tab above of editor to find element http://take.ms/IfmK9

Hello Harry,

1- please visit my site on staging environment to see that the same 3 images I am using are full screen without a problem using visual composer silder element which I can’t find with vc version come with claue.

2- I can see the tabs but I am saying missing elements and I attached a screenshot that shows different element with different icons.

Hi,

1. The version of hero slider on your staging site they use image as background so it can scale to fit all screen but the image will stretch only the height.

2. The hero slider on Claue it using original image not background when the image scale up or scale down it will apply both width and height of image.

3. These element integrated in the theme you’re running on your staging site, if you switch to another theme the element will disappear because parent theme deactivated.

Thank you for the explanation, can you tell me how to make the same effect with meta slider then, all I want is to have hero slider the same way as the staging site.

I really thought claue has this option in demo 4 but after importing the demo I found it was only one image, not a slider.
