Embedded links not working

Hello,

My client’s site was full of links to her own products, which were displaying as embedded products on the pages (using oEmbed). However, after the last update, the embedded view no longer works and the page only shows the links themselves. Embedded youtube videos work, it’s only the embedded products that don’t show.

Which plugin you’re used for oEmbed. and which plugin you updated cause the issue?

We don’t use any plugin for oEmbed, we use the built in wordpress function.

It happened after we updated the theme and multiple plugins. Is there anything in the theme that could be affecting this?

Hi,

I think the issue related to WordPress, not cause by theme. It now only support iframe and Youtube video. You can temporary switch to default theme “Twenty Seventeen” to check.
