Facebook pixel missing Add To Cart Event

Hi,

I  added facebook pixel using official Woocommerce Plugin, It is missing “add to cart” event when I click on add to cart button. The pixel does not firing the event “add to cart”; instead it firing “subscribe button” (SS Attached).

But he fixed it himself.

It is very crucial to make this right because without it is tough to run Facebook advertising campaigns. Please help.

Hi,

Because your site now enable Ajax Add to cart and plugin doesn’t support to track event when you click Ajax Add to cart you will see the event after you click on Process To Checkout on popup.

If you want track event add to cart on product page please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Add to cart behavior and uncheck 2 last fields related to ajax to see correct even.

The last 2 options are already unchecked.

Yes, i go to your site and uncheck 2 options, now you can check your front end.
