Facing difficulties while importing demo content

I am facing issue while import demo content on my local host. I follow all the steps even i paste following code in function.php as well  ini_set(‘memory_limit’,’128M’);  to line 2.
Kindly help me out in this asap

We already added code to plugin claue-sample > claue-sample.php

ini_set( 'memory_limit','256M' );
