      It can’t work with only CSS because the CSS can’t detect when you scroll.

      sticky doesn’t look good even i have added scroller in side bar, but when you scroll the page to bottom sitcky doesn’t go up can you please suggest what should i do for this because i have lots of filters .

      Your filter sidebar so long. In this case i suggest you use accordion for filter or remove sticky sidebar, use default.
