Thank you for the link, i have already checked the link and i contacted mailchip they look into it they said i must contact you the message i received on live chat is below:
“Ok so what I would recommend doing is reaching out to your API developer and having them insert the list id ” fdee76345c” . Right now you have a different list id connected to the API therefore that is why the call is not being made. Upon changing the list id to the one previously stated your potential subscribers should be able to subscribe on your sites signup!
The error i can see on mailchip is below.
ERROR: Form 4073 > MailChimp API error: 404 Not Found. Resource Not Found. The requested resource could not be found.

Mailchip support team believe they is something missing on the theme thats why the sign up form is not working.
