Hello Claue Dev:

As you might know GDPR will take effect 25 May. The cookies that video platforms use like Youtube and Vimeo must be consent.

One of the most popular tool to comply the GDPR is COOKIEBOT (Available for WordPress), several plugins developers are working together with COOKIEBOT to offer a satisfactory solution to deal the GDPR.

In this COOKIEBOT post they explain how to modify the iFrames tags in order to make it compatible with COOKIEBOT plugin:
