Help need urgently please

Hello, first we just love your template but we have a couple of questions we are unable to get some stuff to work:

• Colors swatches for products is not working, we followed the tutorial added, the attributes and variations but it is not working: https://lebvision.info/jessica/product/cyan-boheme/
• how can we hide the 2 buttons. Size guide and delivery & return
• for 1 product the page appear full width: https://lebvision.info/jessica/product/cyan-boheme/ while other normal
• how can we update the template without overwriting the css since lots of changes has been made

Hi

1. Please update your php version to 5.6, you should contact your host provider.
2. Please remove value of Claude -> Theme Options -> Woocommece -> Product Detail Setting -> Size guide image and Shipping & Return content
3. I don’t understand your question, could you explain more a bit ? and please check this document for product layout http://janstudio.net/claue/document/#product-layout
4. Our theme support child theme, so you should edit theme by child theme to keep your modifies when you update theme https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

Thank you Neo for your reply, regarding the colors, currently we can’t update the php to 5.6 we have a dedicated server, this coming later we are working on having all the accounts work on php5.6 prior.

All the theme works, the colors is the only thing not showing, i don’t know if it is hidden is css or a problem somewhere else.

Can you please help us out.

Regarding point 3: one product details is showing in full width while the others in boxed size

any reply? Also if you check the source code, where the colors should be displayed you can’t see the form tag.

Sorry for the late, As I can see you enable the Catalog mode in theme option, so the color swatch will be hidden as well, please enable it in Theme Option / WooCommerce / General Settings.

About point 3, you are inserted below css code in Claue -> Theme Options -> General -> Custom css

.single-product.postid-5532 .jas-container { width: 100%; padding: 0 30px;}

Just remove it if you don’t need. It make this product go fullwidth.
